Heavy Duty Driver Trainer (Code 14)

Our client within the commercial logistics space is seeking a skilled heavy duty driver trainer. Candidates are required to have a completed Matric, with a certification as a Driver Trainer (Assessor, Facilitator, or Moderator), a valid Code 14 License (PrDP), and previous exposure to relevant work experience.

The role would require one to facilitate learning and ensure that classes run smoothly. You will work hand -in-hand with HR, ensuring that drivers are trained, skilled and are consistently upskilling.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct driving performance evaluations.
• Evaluate accident remedial training.
• On road on Job training.
• Coaching & mentoring.
• Working with management on training/trainee performance.
